About the Founder
Marc Natoli
Founder – The Flat Pack Kitchen Co
RTA Custom Kitchens was developed by Australian entrepreneur Marc Natoli, founder of The Flat Pack Kitchen Co.
Marc has spent years working directly within the kitchen and construction industry, gaining firsthand experience in how kitchens are designed, manufactured and installed across residential projects.
Through this experience, he saw how unnecessarily complex and expensive kitchen projects had become for both homeowners and builders. Traditional joinery systems often required significant labour, factory overhead and manufacturing complexity. While the final product could be exceptional, the process often created unnecessary costs and delays.
Marc set out to develop a system that maintained the quality and standards of professional cabinetry while simplifying the way kitchens are delivered.
The result was a streamlined kitchen system that combines professional cabinet construction with efficient flat pack logistics, making premium kitchens far more accessible for builders, contractors and homeowners.
Beyond business, Marc has also supported initiatives including environmental reforestation programs and charitable causes focused on protecting animals and supporting communities.
RTA Custom Kitchens represents the introduction of this proven system to the United States.

who we are
Smarter Way to Deliver Custom Kitchens
For decades, high-end kitchens were primarily supplied through traditional custom joinery workshops.
These kitchens were often built entirely from scratch, requiring skilled labour, manufacturing facilities and complex production workflows. While this approach delivered exceptional craftsmanship, it also created significant cost and time barriers for builders and homeowners.
In many cases, full house joinery packages could exceed $150,000 to $200,000 or more, depending on the project scope.
At the same time, the rise of low-cost cabinet imports created another problem. Many Ready-To-Assemble suppliers began focusing on cheap mass-produced cabinets that sacrificed durability, material quality and finish.
This left a large gap in the market.
Homeowners and builders were often forced to choose between expensive custom joinery or low-quality imported cabinets.
RTA Custom Kitchens was developed to bridge that gap.
Our system combines professional materials and manufacturing standards with an efficient supply model that dramatically reduces complexity without compromising quality.
The difference is not the materials used.
The difference is the system behind how the kitchen is supplied and installed.
